All online orders can be returned within 30 days from initial purchase date for an online store credit. Please be aware we do not refund. The customer will need to cover shipping costs if they wish to return their item for an online store credit. We only offer refunds for having received defective or faulty products. If you wish to return your item/s or if in the event you are to receive an incorrect or defective product please contact us immediately at email@example.com . Hans Method will pay for all postage costs involved in the event of a customer receiving an incorrect or defective product.
In the event of a return for an online store credit, goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags. To return an item email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, order number and the item/s you wish to return for an online store credit.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
