All full priced online orders can be returned within 14 days from the initial purchase date for a refund or online store credit. Please be aware we do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale items. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.

We suggest that all products are tried on by you on receipt so that return can be fulfilled within our policy timeframe. The goods must be returned in their original condition, all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with the original packaging.

To submit a return please email hello@hansmethod.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Hans Method for a refund or store credit is solely at the customers own expense. All returns must be sent at the customers expense to Hans Method HQ in Spain for processing. 

 

Any products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. When trying on our swimwear, please ensure that you have appropriate undergarments. Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been soiled.

If you wish to return your item/s or if in the event you are to receive an incorrect or defective product please contact us immediately at hello@hansmethod.com along with your name, order number and the item/s you wish to return. Hans Method will pay for all postage costs involved in the event of a customer receiving an incorrect or defective product.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For those orders that are eligible for free shipping - Please keep in mind that in the event of a full or partial return where the final amount purchased doesn't reach the minimum to be eligible for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.


If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
