Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not place an order. Hans Method reserves the right to modify these "Terms & Conditions" at any time.
All full priced online orders can be returned within 14 days from the initial purchase date for a refund or online store credit. Please be aware we do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale items. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
We suggest that all products are tried on by you on receipt so that return can be fulfilled within our policy timeframe. The goods must be returned in their original condition, all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with the original packaging.
Any products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. When trying on our swimwear, please ensure that you have appropriate undergarments. Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been soiled.
If you wish to return your item/s or if in the event you are to receive an incorrect or defective product please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, order number and the item/s you wish to return. Hans Method will pay for all postage costs involved in the event of a customer receiving an incorrect or defective product.
The customer will need to cover shipping costs if they wish to return their item.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your package will be sent out within 1-3 working days after payment.
Please bear in mind that due to the COVID-19 current situation, there may be some shipping delays due to high demand and safe dispatch measures.
Items from our current collection (not on sale) are shipped directly from our headquarters in Spain.
Our sale items are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland.
*If you buy items from the current collection as well as on sale items, you will receive two separate deliveries. You will only pay shipping costs once, but duties and customs may apply depending on what you order and where you want it delivered.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES
Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Hans Method cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Before shopping online with Hans Method, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any custom fees.
Please contact your local customs or DHL office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

We do not offer international shipping outside of Europe at this time.
In Europe, Hans Method offers deliver to: Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding DOM TOM), Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), Sweden, and United Kingdom.
